This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Backtagging:Go for it.
Threadhopping: Sure thing!
Fourthwalling: Completely Fine.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'm willing to deal with most subjects, such as gore, sexism, homophobia and the like. Though not the friendliest fellow, Maxwell will respond negatively to all of this, despite the time period he was pulled from before going into the Constant. I'm not a fan of playing bigoted characters that would belittle someone past banter, and canon hasn't given me a a reason to make him racist/sexist/homophobic etc beyond the time period. Rape, abuse, and anything else above a verbal nature are not subjects I'm willing to endure under any circumstances.

Hugging this character: Those out of Maxwell's favor (below an intimate friendship), including acquaintances, will be met with distaste and a likely eye-roll. Expect to be pried off.
Kissing this character: Unwarranted advances from kissing and forward will be met with a hearty slap. You'll also earn a good chewing out.
Flirting with this character: He may retaliate, if he sees something to gain from it. Otherwise, he may politely decline.
Fighting with this character: Verbal and physical fights are okay, and will be met with retaliation. If he perceives the other character to be a serious threat, he will likely abscond.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Injuring is fine.
Killing this character: Though I'd prefer this to be dealt with on an individual basis, killing should generally be be fine.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Perfectly fine, but expect something unpleasant. Messing around with magic from the Constant has left some disturbances on his headspace. Content Warning for Psychological Horror is advised.
